I entered Category 2, for the evolution of smeargle, Its not much, but its still an evolution It has the 3 primary as well as the secondary colors seeping from certain areas of its body, therefore it can easily access any hue of color, but, that leads to the question of the shades, how would it acces them? Its finger tips have white and black ink seaping through its skin, and it can be easily blended in with Blotchow's "paint", The right hand has black ink on each fingertip, and the left hand has white, Yes, i no its not much of an evolution, but i don't think Smeargle needed one anyway... And yes, i shall be gone for quite some time, but I'll be back, whenever i am.... =_=...
