Mulan - Short Hair (Film Music by Jerry Goldsmith)

Here is the music that is heard in the film, Mulan, for the short hair segment. There are a total of 3 pieces of music for this segment. I'm not sure why the filmmakers decide to use this version (probably for the teen boppers). All 3 of the cues are great pieces and I've posted the alternate cues for you. The whole musical score is absolutely magnificent and it mystifies me why Mr. Goldsmith didn't get the Academy Award for it. This score blows all the previous Alan Menken music out of the water (I love his music, though!). It's Mr. Goldsmith's only Disney score and one of his best.
