Wells College Commencement 2006: Dr. Antonia Novello, pt. 2

Dr. Novello served as the 14th Surgeon General of the United States Public Health Service, and was sworn in by Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor. She was both the first woman and the first person of Hispanic descent to occupy the office of Surgeon General, the highest health officer in our nation.
