Sarah Bernhardt - "Le Duel d'Hamlet"

One of a series of films of stars of the stage produced for the Phono-Cinéma-Théâtre at the Paris Exposition of 1900. The films were synchronised with phonograph recordings although in the case of this film the recording (now lost) is believed to have been the sound effect of the sword clashes.
