Opabinia & Pikaia

Watch in High Quality, please! This is my third piece in this medium. Don't work with computers much. My understanding of the anatomy helped a lot, but I'd love some criticism by paleontologists! I've got a lot of neat details that you probably can't see from this distance/resolution. An example would be the red translucent shadow of the eye (which has a neat bug-eye texture) in the "background" . Pikaia looks like jello, close up. I looked into these creatures for a videogame design I was planning. I think I got the body layout and Mexican waves OK.... You can't really see the Pikaia "skeleton" inside too well. I based the Opabinia colors on the Blue-Clawed Crab. Can you believe these are basically the size of a shrimp? I hope the sizes are accurate, too... I saw conflicting sources and, unfortunately, cherry-picked ones that were closer in size for a more dynamic piece. I hope that I never have to do THAT again... Science is integral to my Art. Please do not take my works without asking. I'll likely allow use of it for educational or appreciative purposes, if you ask.
