Coup de Cafard

This is a song from the not-so-serious and geek French singer Michel (also nicknamed l'Ingénieur Informaticien). In French, "cafard" means cockroach, but "coup de cafard" also means "having a fit of depression"... which Michel turns into mockery :-) The lyrics are: She had told me on a Saturday: We'd see each other on Tuesday And on that Tuesday I waited for her She never came *You tart, you tart...* (In French, "morue" means first of all "cod") I thought I was seeing her in the dark But Oh great desperation It was just a cockroach *You bastard, bastard...* Tired of smoking cigs I ran to the sex-shop *You bitch, you bitch...* I really am a holy shit A big shit *You old shit, old shit, old shit...*
