Images of the Manitoba School for Mental Defectives

This video represents some of my impressions of archival photographs taken during the 1960s of the Manitoba Developmental Centre (MDC) a total institution for people who have been labelled as intellectually disabled. MDC still exists today. There are approximately 400 people confined there.
