A Grain of Wheat - Major Ian Thomas

An excerpt from a sermon entitled, "A Grain of Wheat," by Major Ian Thomas (1914-2007) John 12:24 Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain. 25 He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. 26 If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor. Major Ian Thomas served the living Lord Jesus with all his life. Even in his 90s he was teaching, preaching and spoke personally to his many visitors over a cup of tea. He completed his latest book The Indwelling Life of Christ at 92 and went to be with His Lord on Wednesday 1st August 2007 and is still enjoying the adventure of sharing Christs life, not with the earthly place that he dwelt but now "living with the Saviour all the day long" for eternity. http://www.gracefellowshipintl.com
