Birla buys Apollo Sindhoori

Chairman of the Aditya Birla Group, Kumar Mangalam Birla, is in a mood to buy. After expanding Idea through Spice, it is the turn of Birla Financial that is now acquiring to grow. In a Rs 200 crore deal, Birla Finance has bought Apollo Sindhoori for its 700 branches in broking and commodity business.
