Nude Man out of Control on Argyle , Moncton

RCMP had there hands full with a man that was out of control on Argyle street at the corner of McKenzie just after 4:30pm . RCMP had to cuff his ankles and wrists and was tied to the stretcher. Police followed the ambulance to the hospital . There was a mini van with the side window busted out of it at the scene on McKenzie Ave. Video aired on CTV news.
