The Launch of Shuttle Discovery (2007)

Here is my coverage of the launch of the shuttle Discovery, STS-120. My revived NightLife Shows have been covering recent shuttle launches from different Central Florida locations. This one is from Don Dudley Park in downtown Orlando. Kerry explains some of the basics of the flight and it's mission. You'll see the liftoff itself with NASA footage and then we switch to the Orlando video as it streaks into the sky. You'll see the Orlando skyline and one of it's lakes as a beautiful backdrop.
