Right to Marry Porn Star Missed by Fox News?

When the town council in Fort Myers Beach, Florida recently fired its city manager, Scott Janke, after finding out he had married a "porn star," although the coverage on Fox News' "The O'Reilly Factor" was extensive enough to include one of their own infamous erotic montages, the legal analysis from lawyers Megyn Kelly and Lis Wiehl seemed to be missing mention of an important constitutional right as I show in this video. The recent clips from the Fox News program "The O'Reilly Factor" were taken from a segment broadcast on July 28, 2009, that you can find online at http://www.foxnews.com/video/index.html?playerId=videolandingpage&streamingFormat=FLASH&referralObject=7486882 The clip of Megyn Kelly from last years' Fox News program "The O'Reilly Factor" was broadcast on May 15, 2008, and is part of my video titled "Fox News Spins Gay Marriage Ruling in O'Reilly No Spin Zone?" that you can find on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=riGXuhwLYVI In addition, you can find the full text of the US Supreme Court case that I quote in this video, Loving v. Virginia, 388 U.S. 1 (1967), at http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/scripts/getcase.pl?court=US&vol=388&invol=1 And, finally, as always, you can find DOZENS and DOZENS more examples of Fox News bias on my Fox News bias playlist on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=A3BD2524FE99BD4D
