João Pernambuco was a popular street-musician in Rio de Janeiro just after World War I. He was a good friend to H. Villa.Lobos. "Carrilhões" means something like ""bells" as in Churchbells... I've chosen to play this kind of "laid-back" rather than "latin"... Hope you like it.
