Villa Trabia & Giardino Inglese (Palermo)

ITA: "Villa Trabia & Giardino Inglese (Palermo)" Villa Trabia risale al 1700. Appartenuta al principe di Trabia Giuseppe Lanza Branciforti, ha un corpo principale e due ali, un parco con una fontana barocca del '600. Il Giardino Inglese venne progettato da Giovan Battista Filippo Basile nel 1851. Furono inserite piante provenienti da tutto il mondo per rendere l'ambiente più esotico. All'interno troviamo numerose sculture sparse per il giardino. _______________________________________ ENG: "Trabia's Park and English Garden (Palermo)" The Trabia's Garden was built in 1700. It was property of Mr. Giuseppe Lanza Branciforti, the Prince of Trabia. The house is compoused by three parts. Around the house there is a beautiful park with a baroque fountain built in 1600. The English Garden was designed by Giovan Battista Filippo Basile in 1851. It was completed with plants from every parts of the world to give it an exotic characteristic. The English Garden contains also many statues.
