My property is NOT correctly identified by the term "motor vehicle". It is correctly identified by the terms: "personal property", "consumer goods", "personal chattel". I DO NOT use my property for COMMERCIAL purposes when I go from Point A to Point B. I do NOT get compensated/paid when I "use" my property to go from Point A to Point B. The activity licensed by state DMVs and in connection with which individuals must submit personal information to the DMV - the operation of motor vehicles - is itself integrally related to interstate commerce.
