wrinkle ridge
wrinkle ridge A meandering ridge on a planetary surface that resembles a wrinkle in skin or cloth. Wrinkle ridges were first named on the Moon, but are found on all the terrestrial planets and many large satellites. They are thought to arise from some combination of subsurface faulting and compression.
