(of a liquid) not transparent or clear. ∎  (of a color) opaque; having white as a constituent: cloudy reds and blues and greens. ∎  (of marble) variegated with cloudlike markings. ∎  (of someone's eyes) misted with tears. ∎  uncertain; unclear.
