bimbo
bimbo an attractive but unintelligent or frivolous young woman. The term came into English (from Italian, ‘little child, baby’) in the early 1920s as a derogatory term for a person of either sex. The sense of stupid or ‘loose’ woman was however developing, and in the late 1980s the term enjoyed a new vogue in the media.
