‘Wonderful’ Parliament

‘Wonderful’ Parliament, 1386. Parliament met on 1 October and demanded the dismissal of Richard II's chancellor and favourite, Suffolk ( Michael de la Pole). Richard refused and talked wildly of seeking aid from the king of France. But he was forced to agree to Suffolk's impeachment.
