Three liberations
Three liberations (Skt., vimokṣa; Pāli, vimokka). A Buddhist meditation practice which concentrates on the realization that all appearances are empty of self (śūnyatā), are without essential characteristics (animitta), and should be, in one's own case, detached from passion. To achieve this is to realize nirvāna.
