Sir Eduardo Paolozzi

Paolozzi, Sir Eduardo

Paolozzi, Sir Eduardo (1924– ) Scottish sculptor and graphic artist. He created box-like, chromium-plated sculptures evocative of jazz-age amusement arcades and picture palaces. Since the 1950s, he has worked mainly on large-scale abstract sculptures such as City of the circle and the square (1963–66).
