Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh/India Husain Shah Pura A twin city with Hyderabad, Secunderabad (Sikandarabad) was founded and named by the British early in the 19th century after the Nizam of Hyderabad, Mir Akhbar 'Ali Khan Sikander Djāh.
