Quorn

Quorn Trade name for mycoprotein from the mould Fusarium graminearum. A 150‐g portion is a good source of protein and niacin; a source of vitamin B2; contains 4 g of fat, of which a quarter is saturated and half polyunsaturated; provides 7 g of dietary fibre; supplies 130 kcal (550 kJ).
