Former semi-annual journal of New Horizons Research Foundation, Toronto. It contained articles on the research of the Toronto Psychical Society and other parapsychological work. It was edited by A. R. G. Owen, a mathematician at the University of Toronto, who was one of the group of experimenters who created the experimental ghost "Philip." Last known address: P.O.
