Jean-Honore Fragonard

Fragonard, Jean-Honoré

Fragonard, Jean-Honoré (1732–1806) French painter. He was a student of Jean Chardin and François Boucher. Fragonard is best known for the lighthearted spontaneity of his amorous scenes, rustic landscapes and decorative panels.
