Java Virtual Machine

Java Virtual Machine An idealized computer for which the JAVA programming language was designed. When implementing Java on a new computer the first step to be carried out is to implement a simulation of this computer using software that is resident on the target computer. The Java virtual machine enables developers to implement a Java system very easily.
