Miller, Jason
Miller, Jason (1939– ),Long Island‐born actor and playwright whose plays include Nobody Hears a Broken Drum (1970), about Irish militants during the U.S. Civil War, and That Championship Season (1972), depicting the reunion of four middle‐aged members of a championship basketball team and their adored coach, all basically corrupt men living by false values and fooling themselves, granted a Pulitzer Prize for drama, and made by him into a film (1982). He has also written Three One‐Act Plays (1973) and several television dramas.
