Eaglen, Jane (b Lincoln, 1960). Eng. soprano. Début 1984, ENO, as Lady Ella in Patience. CG début 1986; Scottish Opera 1988; Vienna State Opera 1991–2. Sang Brünnhilde in Scottish Opera's Die Walküre, Glasgow 1991, and title-role in Norma 1993. Proms début 1989; Seattle 1994.
