I2L

I2L Abbrev. for integrated injection logic. A bipolar integrated-circuit technology that allows extremely high component densities on a chip. It is used for complex LSI functions such as microprocessors and is simpler to fabricate than either TTL or MOS. It also has lower power requirements and reasonably good switching speeds.
