Hivites

Hivites Occupied part of Canaan west of the Jordan at the time of the entry of the Israelites (Exod. 3: 8). They may be known also as Horites; Zibeon is considered a Hivite in Gen. 36: 2 but a Horite in Gen. 36: 20.
