Glyn
Glyn ♂ Welsh: from the Welsh place name element glyn ‘valley’. This was adopted as a given name in the 20th century, as the result of a desire to bestow on Welsh children specifically Welsh names, and has since been taken up in the English-speaking world outside Wales.
Variant: Glynn. |
