Fra Bartolommeo di Pagholo del Fattorino , 1475-1517, Italian painter, also called Baccio della Porta. Under the influence of Savonarola, he joined (1500) the Dominican order. He abandoned art for a while, but resumed practice in 1504, becoming the leading Florentine master for a number of years. He visited Venice (1508) and Rome (1514).
