1. Local divinity for whom the river Feale in counties Cork, Kerry, and Limerick is named. Before the Feale enters the Shannon, its name becomes the Cashen.

2. Elder sister of Emer and daughter of Forgall Manach. Cúchulainn rejected Fial because of her relations with Cairbre Nia Fer.

3. Wife of Lugaid mac Ítha, legendary founding ancestor of several Irish families.
