AGP
AGP Abbrev. for accelerated graphics port. A bus specification by Intel that gives low-cost 3D graphics cards fast access to main memory on personal computers. It was introduced as a faster alternative to the PCI bus to provide the increased bandwidth required of the more powerful graphics cards available for PCs.
