Formed in Towson, Maryland, in 2003, All Time Low is a rock band. The lineup of the band comprises of Alex Gaskarth on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Jack Barakat on lead guitar and backing vocals, Zack Merrick on bass and backing vocals and Rian Dawson on drums. The name of the band, All Time Low, was taken from the lyrics of the song, Head on Collision by New Found Glory. The band initially covered tracks by various renowned bands such as Blink 182, New Found Glory and Green Day, but eventually got into making their own, successful music. Today, the rock band has a huge fan following with All Time Low tickets selling like hot cakes.
All Time Low Music
All Time Low signed their first recording contract with Emerald Moon, while they were still in high school. With this label, they released their second EP in 2004, titled The Three Words to Remember in Dealing with the End. All Time Low released their debut studio album in 2005, called The Party Scene.
Before graduating, they switched labels and signed on to Hopeless Records in 2006 and released Put Up or Shut Up. This EP made it to the Independent Albums chart at No. 20 and the Top Heatseekers at No. 12.
All Time Low released their second studio album called So Wrong, It’s Right, in September 2007. The album reached the 62nd position on the Billboard 200, with the single “Dear Maria, Count Me In” reaching No. 86 on the Pop 100 chart.
The third studio album by the band was titled Nothing Personal, and it was released in July 2009. It entered the Billboard charts at No. 4 and sold around 63,000 copies, helping the band ride on a higher wave of success than ever before. In November of 2009, the band announced that they had been signed on to major label, Interscope Records.
In 2011, the band released Dirty Work, which became their most successful album overseas, doing well in Australia, Canada and the UK. This was followed by the album, Don’t Panic, in 2012 supported by The Maine and We Are The In Crowd. Several shows for the Warped Tour were completely sold out and more dates had to be added. Following this tour, the band performed at the “Rockshow at the End of the World” headlining tour with several other bands.
The band released its next studio album, Future Hearts, in 2015. The album was announced with the first single, “Something’s Gotta Give”, with the second single, “Kids In The Dark” released shortly after. Following the release of this album, All Time Low played at several shows including Soundwave 2015, a US 2015 tour and also co-headlined a UK tour with You Me At Six. The album itself entered the charts at No. 2 and sold more than 75,000 copies within the first week of its release. This album also did quite well in the UK, selling nearly 20,000 copies in the first week of sales.
In addition to the seven studio albums, All Time Low also released two live albums, 26 music videos, 6 EPs, 16 singles and 11 compilation appearances.
Awards and Nominations for All Time Low
Over the years since its formation and formal entry into the music industry, All Time Low has won several awards and has been nominated for many honors. In 2013, the band got nominated for the O Music Award Fan Army FTW for “Hustlers”. All Time Low has also been nominated for an MTV Video Music Award for the Best Rock Video, Libera Award for the Best Live Band, several Kerrang! Awards (Best International Band for “A Love Like War” and the Best Live Band for “Don’t Panic”) and AP Music Awards.
All Time Low won the 2015 AIM Award for Best Live Act, the AP Music Award for the Most Dedicated Fans and for the Song of the Year (“A Love Like War”) and an Artist Philanthropic Award for their participation in “Skate4Cancer”.

All Time Low in 2017
