Minnesota Vikings receiver Randy Moss was arrested today after being accused of bumping a traffic control agent with his car. The agent tried to stop Moss from making an illegal turn downtown here, and Moss used his car to slowly push the agent a half-block along the street, stopping when she fell to the ground, a police spokeswoman said. Cyndi Barrington, the spokeswoman, said the agent, 27, a city employee who is not a police officer, was not seriously hurt. Moss was in jail on…
