Benefit Performance for Melville Miners Coming to Tamarack

BECKLEY - The Coal Heritage Highway Authority, the National Coal Heritage Area Authority and theatre company WV Enterprises will have a benefit performance at Tamarack for the recently deceased Melville miners.
"Coal Camp Memories" will be presented at 6 p.m. Feb. 19 in the Gov. Hulett Smith Theatre at Tamarack.
According to Christy Bailey, spokeswoman for the two authorities, all proceeds from the benefit performance will go to the Melville Mine Assistance Fund.
