The Providence County Grand Jury handed up an indictment today naming Jose Ismael Santos on one count of 1st degree robbery, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of conspiracy to commit robbery, one count of conspiracy to commit the crime of assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence, and one count of carrying a pistol without a license.
