FIREARMS CASES INDICTED BY GRAND JURY IN KANSAS CITY, KAN.

The U.S. Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives' Kansas City Field Office issued the following press release:
Thomas R. Peterson, 24, Lawrence, Kan., and James B. Waterman, 29, Lawrence, Kan., who are charged with drug and firearms offenses. They are charged together with one count of unlawfully possessing a sawed off shotgun and one count of possessing a firearm while they were unlawful users of a controlled substance.
