Truck Stop Chain Considers Whether to Appeal
A federal appeals court in Cincinnati Nov. 17 upheld a lower court decision that found Flying J guilty of an adverse employment action against a former employee, but the general counsel for the truck stop chain said it may appeal the case even as far as the U.S. Supreme Court - saying the decision "stretched the limits of the law."
