Late last month, Teledyne Technologies Inc. (Los Angeles, California) announced that its subsidiary, Teledyne Investment Inc., completed the acquisition of RD Instruments Inc. (San Diego, California) for approximately $37 million. The business will operate as Teledyne RD Instruments Inc.
