THE LEEWARD Islands and Trinidad stayed on course for a semi-final spot as they gained victory in the latest round of matches in the South Florida Inter-Country Tournament recently.

At Myrtle Grove Elementary School: The Leewards easily defeated the USA Select Team taking first strike. The Leeward Islands made 216 for 4 off the allotted 40 overs. The leading batsmen were Ivor Henry 85 (6x4s) and (3x6s) and Everton Mapp 23.
