Yet another industrial bank is in the process of being formed in the Salt Lake area.

Union Financial Services Corp. has applied for necessary approvals from both the Utah Department of Financial Institutions and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. to begin business at 181 E. 5600 S., Suite 240, Murray, issuing consumer and small-business VISA and MasterCard credit cards largely to the customers of smaller credit unions and financial institutions.
