Marinette County builds its economy with diverse industries

Business is brisk at Aacer Flooring LLC, a company that has been expanding production as a mainstay of Peshtigo's 240-acre industrial park.
About 150 employees produce gymnasium floors, as well as maple, redwood and some eight other varieties of strip flooring at the company that has built itself as a domestic producer in a growing niche market.
More jobs will be added when Aacer Flooring LLC completes a 44,000-square-foot production facility and 67,000-square-foot warehouse, says Douglas Dahl, chief financial officer.
