Abstract

This article is a reflection of two members of a PhD cohort's group dynamics as it came together to learn and experience Organizational Development (OD) theory in action. Much of the reflection was as a result of the Group Dynamics course experienced early in the PhD journey. The cohort consisted of twenty members who discovered and lived the theories of Block, Wheatley, Gersick, Tuckman, Homans, Goffman, Schein, Srivastva, Barrett, and others.
