The Clearwater, FL SWAT had a great idea- train in waterborne operations. They didn't have anything seaworthy, but the Clearwater Fire Department did. The SWAT medics, who are also firelighters, have access to the fire department's boats: a three-seat Polaris jet ski; a three-seat SeaDoo jet ski; and a larger, rigid-hull, inflatable boat.
