A Prime Example of the Law of the Conservation of Government

Antoine-Laurent Lavoisier, the father of modern chemistry, is renowned for discovering the law of the conservation of matter: Nothing can be created or destroyed. In the physical world, things may change their form or their distribution in space, but the overall mass of things remains forever constant.
