Westport Innovations Inc. (TSE: WPT) and B.C. Gas Inc.'s (TSE: BCG) BCG eFuels Inc. joint venture has merged with Pickens Fuel Corp. of Seal Beach, Calif., to form North America's largest natural gas vehicle fuel provider. The merged company's initial combined customer base includes more than 25,000 fleet vehicles fueling at more than 75 public or private refueling stations in California, Arizona, Ontario and British Columbia.
