Human brains, when served fresh, are considered a culinary delicacy among angry mobs of famished, reanimated corpses -- a population more commonly referred to as "zombies" or "the undead." Sinking a pair of bloodied choppers into a juicy bicep or plump thigh may be joyful for the average cannibal, but zombies just want more brains. Late-night reruns of horror films like Night of the Living Dead and Dawn of the Dead have schooled viewers on these types of gore-culture factoids, becoming a distinct aspect of our popular culture.
