Slaymaker Group to sell four of five Tony Roma's in Utah

Salt Lake-based restaurant operator Slaymaker Group Inc. is in the process of selling four of its five Tony Roma's eateries in Utah.

Eric Slaymaker, vice president of Slaymaker Group, said Nerobe LLC, whose majority owner is Highland resident Neil Roberts, is finalizing the purchase of the Tony Roma's locations in Layton, Midvale, Sandy and St. George. Slaymaker Group Inc. will retain the Tony Roma's in Provo. Nerobe LLC also will pick up two Tony Roma's in Tucson, Ariz., that presently are owned by Slaymaker Group.
